Projects

Welcome to my research and publications page, where I showcase my contributions to the field of structural engineering. My work focuses on enhancing the stability and design of modular steel structures, with an emphasis on innovative, sustainable solutions.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in several national and international research collaborations, leading projects that aim to address real-world challenges in structural engineering. Below, you will find a selection of my published research, including peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters, reflecting the depth and impact of my work.

Research Overview

Since beginning my Ph.D. at Tianjin University in 2019, my work in structural engineering, guided by Prof. Zhihua Chen, has focused on the stability of modular steel structures under various load conditions. Key areas of research include:

  1. Stability assessment of modular connections, columns, multi-column walls, and full structural systems
  2. Contribution to two national-level and two provincial-level research project
  3. Collaboration with top experts from:
    •  Northumbria University (UK)
    •  Western University (Canada)
    •  City, University of London (UK)
    •  NED University (Pakistan)
Currently, I lead a research project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, focusing on the stability design of modular steel columns.
